Cancellation of the reservation

When booking at non-refundable rates: please note that the rate is non-refundable and prepaid, and the cost will not be refunded upon cancellation. The hotel reserves the right to charge the full cost of the stay from your bank card at any time after booking.

When booking at optimal rates: please note that to make and guarantee the booking, you will need to enter your bank card details (payment is not debited. You pay on arrival).

Children's accommodation and extra beds

When a child (ages 0 to 6 years old) is accommodated in an additional place, accommodation is provided free of charge.

When accommodating an older child (from 7 years old to 18 years old) or an adult in an extra bed will be charged 1,000 rubles per person per night, not including breakfast. With breakfast - 1,900 rubles per person per night.

Accommodation with pets

Pets, namely dogs, can stay in the hotel together with the guest. An additional fee of 2,000 rubles per night is provided for each dog. An insurance deposit of 5,000 rubles is paid upon arrival, which is refunded upon check-out if no damage has been caused to the room.

Early check-in and late check-out

Early check-in: Check-in time is at 14:00. If it is necessary to check in early before 14:00, upon arrival from 8:00 to 14:00, the surcharge is 50% of the cost of overnight stay in the reserved room. If you check in before 8:00 a.m., you will be charged for a full night, and the reservation will be made from the previous day. Early check-in is paid in advance to guarantee.

Late check-out:Check-out time is at 12:00. In case of late check-out before 18:00, an additional 50% of the overnight stay in the reserved room is charged. When checking out after 18:00 hours, the surcharge is 100% of the cost of staying in the reserved room for one night.

The possibility of early check-in/late check-out is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance.

Parking

Guests can use both free underground parking and paid parking in front of the hotel, with fixed service rates.

The cost of paid parking in front of the hotel: 1000 rubles /day.

In order to use the free underground parking, for your convenience, you can drive up to the main entrance of the hotel and contact the reception staff.

You will be asked to make a refundable deposit for the card in the amount of 1,000 rubles, after which you will be given a parking card. Next, your colleagues will guide you on how to get there.

Please note that the parking lot is not equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles and electronic devices.

Terms and Conditions

Smoking is prohibited on the territory of our hotel. In case of smoking in the room, a service fee of 10,000 rubles is charged for additional room cleaning.
